We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist with 3+ years of experience, preferably in running campaigns for the USA travel market (Cruises, Flights, Car Rentals, Hotel Reservations). The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads across Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max to drive leads, bookings, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute PPC strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns with a focus on conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Write compelling ad copy and use ad extensions effectively.
- Monitor performance, run A/B tests, refine keywords, and improve Quality Scores.
- Manage budgets, track KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS), and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Stay updated on Google Ads trends, policies, and new features.

Skills Required

- Proven expertise in Google Ads & Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Experience in USA travel campaigns (Cruises, Flights, Cars, Hotels).
- Strong analytical skills and ROI-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and ad copywriting basics.
