Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads through tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, , and similar platforms.
- Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to potential clients in India and the US.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) with lead data and activity.
- Perform thorough research on prospective companies and decision-makers.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and conversion targets.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in B2B lead generation and cold calling.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Experience working with Indian and US markets is a must.
- Hands-on experience with lead gen tools and CRMs.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Willingness to work in different shifts based on target market.
