Job Opening: Manager / Sr. Manager – Corporate Health Insurance (Individual Contributor Role)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2–6 years in B2B Sales (Insurance/Financial Services preferred)
Role Type: Full-Time | Individual Contributor
We are hiring a results-driven professional to lead Group Medical Cover (GMC) policy sales to corporate clients. Ideal candidates should have a strong corporate network, excellent communication, and prior experience in selling Group Health Insurance or Employee Benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect & onboard new corporate clients for GMC policies
- Build relationships with HR Heads, CXOs, Admins
- Pitch, negotiate, and close group health insurance deals
- Collaborate with insurers to design customized health & wellness solutions
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Upsell/cross-sell general insurance and OPD services
- Ensure smooth client onboarding and renewals
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- 2–6 years of B2B sales experience
- Prior experience in Group Health/Corporate Insurance is a plus
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of IRDAI guidelines is preferred
- Familiarity with Bangalore corporate landscape is a bonus
