Job Title: Senior Manager – Corporate Health (B2B Insurance Sales)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional to lead the sales of Group Medical Cover (GMC) policies for corporate clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B insurance sales, strong networking with HR and admin leaders, and a deep understanding of corporate health solutions.

This is an individual contributor role — ideal for self-motivated professionals who can manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new corporate leads for Group Health Insurance (GMC) policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR heads, CXOs, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct impactful sales presentations and negotiate policy terms effectively.
  • Collaborate with insurers and internal teams to design customized health plans (including OPD and wellness benefits).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and premium targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry regulations.
  • Manage smooth client onboarding, documentation, and policy renewals.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional General Insurance products and wellness services.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
  • 2–6 years of B2B sales experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial services.
  • Prior experience in selling Group Health Insurance / Employee Benefits preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple corporate accounts.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong corporate HR or admin network in Bangalore market.
  • Knowledge of IRDAI regulations for corporate insurance.
  • Experience handling large accounts and renewals.
