Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and results -driven Building Materials Sales Executive to join our team in Chandigarh. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance and strengthening market presence within the assigned geography. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Business Development Executive – Distribution (XLC) to achieve sales targets, build lasting customer relationships, and ensure alignment with regional market dynamics. With a deep understanding of product portfolios, pricing structures, and customer needs, the incumbent will play a key role in promoting the AIDO brand through strategic initiatives, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement activities. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to sustained growth and brand visibility in a competitive industry. Responsibilities:Collaborate with the BDE– Distribution (XLC) to meet and exceed sales targets in the assigned geographic areaDevelop and maintain strong, long -term relationships with key customers and distributorsStay updated on market trends, customer requirements, and demand patterns for product portfolios and pricing structuresSupport branding efforts, marketing campaigns, and product launches within budgetary guidelinesPlan and execute customer events in coordination with the Local Sales Territory (LST) TeamRequirements Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in channel salesProven experience in the building materials industryPreferred industry exposure: Building Materials, Escalators, Elevators, Paint, Flooring, Interior Decor, Construction Chemicals, UPS, Generators, Lifts, Automated Security Systems, etc.
