Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Communication Marketing Manager located in Bengaluru. The Brand Communication Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand communication strategies, managing public relations, and creating marketing campaigns. Daily tasks will include content creation, overseeing social media channels, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing marketing data to optimize strategies. The role requires strong collaboration efforts with different departments to ensure brand consistency and growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Brand Communication, Content Creation, and Public Relations
  • At least 4 -5 years of experience in marketing or brand management, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Strong experience working with external agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth understanding of social media, digital marketing, and branding best practices.
  • Experience in Marketing Strategies and Campaign Management
  • Proficiency in Social Media Management and Analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional creativity, problem-solving abilities, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in the FMCG, healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
