
Corporate Sales/Key Account Managers-Building Materials/Project Sales

Key Accountability:-
- Identifying potential clients (Building Material Companies) and making compelling concept presentations to them.
- Understanding the clients' requirements and developing an appropriate sales strategy for them
- Creating business proposals & following up with potential clients for closures.
- Networking within the industry with different construction professionals like designers, developers, and business heads of different brands
Developing rapport with architects & interior designers for more business
- Negotiating and closing the deals with Building Materials brands from different product categories like furniture, marble, lighting, bath, tiles, home automation, etc.
- Attending various trade fairs like ID, Acetech, Zak, Foid, Idac, Roofindia and more the industry.
- Representing the company at Building Materials Exhibitions
- Regularly preparing sales reports - sales pipeline, closures, forecast etc.
Preferred candidate profile
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good Rapport with Architects, Interior Designers Builders.
