What You'll Do:

  • Manage and grow Golden Abodes' presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Create eye-catching posts, Reels, and videos using 
    Canva
     and other content tools.
  • Conceptualize, write, and design 
    engaging content
     (posts, captions, stories, newsletters) that reflect real insights from Pune's property market.
  • Plan and execute a 
    monthly social media calendar
     aligned with campaigns and trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and real estate teams to produce creative campaigns.
  • Monitor performance using analytics tools—turn insights into better content strategies.
  • Keep the brand voice consistent: transparent, informative, and community-first.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, hashtags, and social media best practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • 0–4 years of experience in 
    social media management
     or 
    content creation
     (experience in real estate, lifestyle, or start-ups = bonus points).
  • Strong storytelling & writing skills—can turn property details into engaging narratives.
  • Skilled in 
    Canva
    , 
    CapCut
    , or similar tools for quick and aesthetic content creation.
  • Basic knowledge of 
    SEO
    , 
    hashtags
    , and social media analytics.
  • Confident in front of the camera and comfortable creating Reels or short-form videos.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented—able to manage multiple deadlines smoothly.
  • Collaborative mindset with a good sense of design and visual aesthetics.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
  • Interest in Pune's real estate landscape and a curiosity to learn more about it.
