To ensure all administrative processes are in place and maintained to ensure we comply with guidance.

In this essential role, you will: Support the Recruitment Team: Assist with all areas of recruitment administration, acting as the main point of contact for initial enquiries and guiding candidates through their recruitment journey. Candidate Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Documentation Preparation: Prepare new work orders and Statements of

Work (SOWs) to keep everything running efficiently. What You'll

Be Doing : Candidate Onboarding

  • Assist with candidate onboarding, including phone screenings and reference checks.
  • Work

Orders and Statements of Work -Prepare and manage work orders (WOs) and statements of work (SOWs) for new hires, rate increases, and extensions.

  • Administrative Support -Handle administrative tasks to support client management and sourcing activities.
  • Query Management
  • Serve as the first point of contact for candidate and client queries, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Referral Scheme Administration -Maintain referral scheme records and distribute rewards.
