We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with proven experience in managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be passionate about performance marketing, data-driven decision-making, and brand growth through paid digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Create and manage campaigns, including audience research, targeting, ad set structuring, budget allocation, and bidding strategies.
  • Develop and test ad creatives in coordination with the design and content team to achieve maximum engagement and conversion.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, conversions, etc.) and adjust campaigns to meet performance goals.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing campaign insights, learnings, and improvement plans.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, new features, and industry best practices for performance marketing.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Strong understanding of ads manager, campaign structures, pixel tracking, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
  • Knowledge of tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, UTM tracking, etc.
  • Experience with A/B testing for creatives, audience segments, and campaign types.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
