Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and manage social media – LinkedIn, Medium, Quora, Facebook, X, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
  • Employer branding - Glassdoor, Naukri, Ambition Box, Indeed, Great Place to Work, etc.
  • Lead generation & brand awareness initiatives through strategic social media and other digital marketing campaigns while taking complete ownership of the same.
  • Google My Business – maintain profile and ensure reviews and ranking.
  • Google Ads – PPC.
  • Monitoring and analyzing digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Email Marketing.
  • Online Reputation Management - tracking Google alerts, mentions, and any digital footprint of the organization and its CEO.
  • Content Marketing.
  • Keyword research.
  • SEO.
  • Podcasts
  • Conducting comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Managing tradeshows/webinars/web events marketing efforts to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
  • Developing and implementing new and innovative digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coherence across all digital marketing initiatives.
  • Monitoring and analyzing digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Oversee and manage all corporate campaigns like contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
  • Staying updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to improve digital marketing efforts continuously.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Well-versed with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Should be well-versed with Canva.
  • Must have knowledge of email marketing tools.
  • Must leverage AI tools.
  • Excellent communicator and Team player.
  • Must be able to adapt to a multicultural work environment.
  • Should have an agile and learning mindset.
