Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and improving guest experience.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
