Role & responsibilities
- Cold Calling:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our software solutions and services to generate interest. - Lead Qualification:
Qualify prospects through detailed conversations and understanding their business needs. - Pipeline Management:
Maintain and update CRM records, tracking all calls, leads, and follow-ups to ensure accurate pipeline visibility. - Prospecting:
Identify new business opportunities through market research, LinkedIn, and other channels. Identify the contacts for the prospects via different channels - Pitching:
Effectively communicate our software features, benefits, and unique value propositions. - Objection Handling:
Address customer objections confidently, turning hesitations into opportunities. - Appointment Setting:
Schedule product demonstrations or meetings for senior sales representatives and account managers. - Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and qualified opportunities. - Ability to build rapport quickly and manage conversations effectively.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with the software or technology industry is a plus.
