We are looking for a proactive and organized Help Desk Executive to join the facility management team at Panache Residential Complex. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, maintaining inventory, and ensuring resident service requests are addressed promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents regarding complaints and service requests.
- Maintain and regularly update the stock/inventory list for maintenance materials.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance teams to resolve tickets efficiently.
- Track the status of open tickets and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.Use Excel and other tools for data entry and report generation.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with residents and team members.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or any related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or help desk role, preferably in real estate or property management.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14, ₹15,000.00 per month
