Helpdesk Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents regarding complaints and service requests.
- Maintain and regularly update the stock/inventory list for maintenance materials.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance teams to resolve tickets efficiently.
- Track the status of open tickets and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.Use Excel and other tools for data entry and report generation.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with residents and team members.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or any related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or help desk role, preferably in real estate or property management.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
