Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Noida. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process, ensuring that all products meet the required standards before they are distributed. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections and audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address any quality issues. The Quality Assurance Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring staff on quality standards and practices, as well as maintaining accurate documentation and reports.

Qualifications

  • Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Process Improvement skills
  • Experience with conducting inspections, audits, and compliance checks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in using quality management software and tools
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
  • Prior experience in the machinery industry is a plus
  • Full knowledge of ISO
