Production Supervisor/ Shop Floor Manager Role is vital to Managing and leading Production team to achieve productivity goals without compromising Quality & Safety.

Key Responsibilities -:

  • Set the Daily/ weekly/ Monthly goals and communicate to team and line manager.
  • Routine check of Production O/P keeping in mind organization standards and Product specifications.
  • Submit Report on progress and performance.
  • Identify bottle neck and suggest improvement.
  • Train employee on how to work safely with M/C and follow procedures.
  • Nurturing a positive and accountable team environment.
  • Set good bench mark in collaboration with cross function team.

Requirement and Skills -:

1.Proven Record as a Production Supervisor/ Shop Floor manager or similar (Similar industry experience candidate preferable).

  1. Experienced in using Various Manufacturing tools and M/c.

  2. Skill in MS office

  3. Good in Communication with self-motivated approach.

  4. Diploma in electrical/ Industrial/mech. Will be an advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
