Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Dispatch Supervisor at IKIO Solutions. The Dispatch Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the dispatching process, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, and managing a team of dispatchers. The role includes monitoring compliance with DOT regulations, coordinating with drivers and customers, and addressing any issues that arise during the dispatch process. The Dispatch Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining communication with all stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong Supervisory Skills, with experience managing a team
  • Expertise in Dispatching and knowledge of DOT Regulations
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations effectively
  • Relevant experience in logistics or a related field is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
