Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Production Supervision

  • Monitor daily kitchen/site operations to ensure timely food preparation and dispatch.
  • Coordinate with production teams to maintain workflow and meet order timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (FSSAI & internal SOPs).
  • Oversee inventory levels and support procurement requirements.

Team & Manpower Management

  • Supervise kitchen staff, helpers, and production crew during shifts.
  • Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and task allocations.
  • Conduct on-ground training for staff on hygiene, safety, and operational guidelines.
  • Resolve on-site workforce issues and escalate as needed.

Quality, Hygiene & Safety Compliance

  • Ensure strict adherence to personal hygiene, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness.
  • Conduct routine checks for kitchen equipment, food storage temperatures, and safety protocols.
  • Report any non-compliance, equipment breakdowns, or hazards immediately.

Client & Coordination

  • Coordinate with clients/customers regarding daily requirements and feedback.
  • Maintain effective communication with the central kitchen, logistics, supervisors, and management.
  • Handle customer concerns promptly and ensure service quality.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily reports for production, dispatch, manpower, and wastage.
  • Handle documentation related to stock, delivery records, and compliance audits.
  • Update management on daily operations, issues, and process improvements.
