Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor, located in Noida. The Site Supervisor will oversee interior project sites to ensure that all tasks are completed on schedule and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities include supervising on-site activities, coordinating with designers, architects, and contractors, ensuring adherence to project deadlines and budgets, and addressing challenges promptly. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining safety standards, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring clear communication between stakeholders during all phases of the project.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in site supervision, project management, and construction oversight
  • Strong understanding of the interior design and architecture process
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Technical proficiency in reading blueprints and design plans
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards on construction sites
  • Flexibility to work on-site and handle dynamic project requirements
  • A background in interior design, architecture, construction management, or related field is preferred
