Job Summary:

The Interior Site Supervisor (Civil) is responsible for supervising interior and civil finishing works at the project site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. The candidate should have good knowledge of interior fit-out execution, finishing materials, and the ability to read and work with AutoCAD drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all interior and civil finishing activities at the site.
  • Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and detailed designs.
  • Ensure that work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors for daily work progress.
  • Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality control.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and update project managers on status.
  • Manage manpower, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity.
  • Resolve site-related issues and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in measurement, estimation, and material requirement planning.
  • Ensure timely completion of interior fit-out and finishing works

  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 2–5 years in interior/execution/fit-out works.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and reading technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of civil and interior finishing materials (gypsum, paint, flooring, false ceiling, joinery, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
