JOB DESCRIPTION – OFFICE COORDINATOR CUM SUPERVISOR

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000

Gender: Female (married)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and efficient Office Coordinator cum Supervisor to manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate staff activities, and ensure smooth workflow. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and prior experience handling office supervision tasks.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:1. Office Coordination

  • Manage daily administrative activities and ensure smooth office functioning.
  • Handle documentation, filing, emails, and data management.
  • Coordinate with different departments for operational requirements.

2. Staff Supervision

  • Oversee office staff and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assign duties and monitor employee performance.
  • Maintain discipline and productivity within the team.

3. Client & Visitor Handling

  • Greet visitors, handle calls, and provide information as needed.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and vendors.
  • Schedule meetings and manage front-desk activities.

4. Inventory & Resource Management

  • Maintain records of office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Monitor usage and reduce wastage.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review.
  • Maintain attendance records, staff rosters, and basic HR support.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, or basic accounts entries (if required).

6. Coordination & Support

  • Assist senior management in project coordination and follow-ups.
  • Support in organizing events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Handle any administrative challenges and provide quick solutions.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Graduate in any discipline preferred.
  • 3–4 years of experience in office coordination or supervisory role.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
