Job Summary:
The Receptionist cum Admin Executive serves as the first point of contact for visitors and provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. The role involves managing front desk activities, handling communication, and assisting in daily administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients and employees in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence; route them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized and welcoming.
- Maintain records of office supplies and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Support HR and Admin departments in organizing meetings, and events.
- Maintain daily attendance, visitor logs and other administrative records.
- Assist in preparing reports, data entry, daily expenses and other office tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in front office, administration, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment handling.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹150, ₹200,000.00 per year
