Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatch Supervisor located in Noida. The Dispatch Supervisor will be responsible for managing the daily dispatch operations, including overseeing the scheduling and dispatching of products. The supervisor will ensure compliance with DOT regulations, maintain efficient communication with both internal teams and customers, and provide excellent customer service. This role requires strong supervisory skills to lead a team and coordinate tasks effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in Dispatching
  • Effective Communication skills and Customer Service orientation
  • Knowledge of DOT Regulations and compliance
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida
  • Proficiency in using dispatch software and tools
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Prior experience in a similar role would be beneficial
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or transportation are a plus
