Enterprise Accounts Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new enterprise customers for SaaS products in the IT services industry.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions using our software offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, marketing) to develop effective go-to-market strategies and ensure successful customer onboarding.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform future sales strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in B2B corporate sales or large account selling within the IT services industry.
- Proven track record of success in acquiring high-value enterprise deals through strategic sales planning and execution.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for building rapport with C-level executives at target accounts.
