- Tender Identification:Monitor and search online portals and other sources for relevant tender opportunities, analyzing documents like Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
- Document Preparation:Compile and prepare detailed tender submission documents, including technical specifications, financial proposals, and supporting information.
- Coordination:Liaise with various departments (e.g., sales, technical, commercial) to gather all necessary information and ensure internal alignment for the bid.
- Compliance:Ensure all tender documents meet the specific requirements and guidelines outlined in the tender documents.
- Bid Management:Manage the entire bidding process, from initial qualification to final submission, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Client Communication:Act as a liaison with potential clients, responding to inquiries and clarifying bid conditions.
- Proposal Development:Develop effective and compelling proposals and presentations to present the organization's solutions.
- Record Keeping:Maintain organized and accurate records of all bid-related documents and communications.
Skills & Qualifications
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex tender documents and assess business fit.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and information.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with e-tendering portals, such as the GeM portal, is often required.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the specific industry to develop effective solutions and strategies for bids.
- Coordination: Ability to coordinate efforts of diverse teams and external stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
