About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in IT Sales and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Work on bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) to identify new business opportunities.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks to connect with prospects and generate leads.
  • Perform cold calling and email outreach to engage potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely communication.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to deliver solutions as per client needs.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
  • Strong technical understanding of IT services and software development.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation & networking strategies.
  • Experience/interest in cold calling & email campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a team environment.
