We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive. This role is ideal for freshers or experienced (0-6months) who possess excellent communication skills and strong technical knowledge. The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and fostering relationships with prospective clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Make cold calls to identify and secure new business leads.
  • Build and nurture contacts with potential clients to explore new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the database of prospective clients.
  • Arrange meetings for senior management with potential clients.
  • Assist in writing and developing business proposals.
  • Ensure thorough knowledge of all product and service offerings to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Continuously monitor the company's chat application for visitor interaction.
  • Engage visitors with prompt responses and professional communication.
  • Generate leads through live chat conversations.
  • Follow company's procedures and guidelines for customer acquisition.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all client interactions.

Skill-sets Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to convey technical information effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Capability to work under pressure and meet targets within deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
  • Strong technical background and ability to understand IT solutions and services.
  • Freshers with excellent communication and technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
