As a Business Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with students, understanding their educational needs, and providing them with tailored guidance and support.

Here's an overview of what the role entails:
1. You will act as an Academic Counselor for prospect students, you will assist students in making informed decisions about their educational journey. This may involve offering guidance on course selection, career paths, academic planning, and any challenges they may encounter along the way.

2. Driving sales and revenue growth is a key aspect of this role. Along with providing counselling to students, you will be required to convince them to enrol for our courses.

3. Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands will be crucial. You will conduct research and analysis to identify new opportunities and enhance our offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Passion for education and helping others succeed.

**Work Details**:

- Work Arrangement: On-site, Work from Office
- Location: Indore.

The final salary offered will depend on various factors including your qualifications, relevant experience, and skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
