**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Support in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns.
- Research industry-related trends, competitors, and audience insights to optimize strategies.
- Work on content creation (posts, reels, stories, and graphics) in collaboration with the design team.
- Monitor, track, and report on the performance of social media posts and campaigns.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
- Contribute ideas for creative campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency in all online communications.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Passion for social media, digital marketing, and creative content.
- Basic knowledge of social media tools, trends, and analytics.
- Ability to think creatively and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
