We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to our senior management. The EA will act as the right hand to the leadership team, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and execution of priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Director/CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of management.
- Act as a liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure effective follow-ups on action items, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Support in preparing board meetings, investor meetings, and review decks.
- Track key business priorities and ensure timely updates for decision-making.
- Assist in project coordination, research, and compiling business data as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of contracts, reports, and company records.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Arts or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently, with discretion and a high level of professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 15/09/2025
