GeneVault is expanding its federated data network — connecting real-world health, genomic, and multiomic data across the Global South

We're looking for a data-savvy partnership builder who understands both the science of health data and the art of collaboration — helping make global health research more inclusive, secure, and representative.

About GeneVault

GeneVault is a Public Benefit Corporation pioneering federated, privacy-preserving access to real-world health, genomic, and multiomic data.

Our mission is to bridge the Genomic and Health Data Intelligence Gap by enabling secure, ethical, and equitable data sharing across diverse populations and regions.

We partner with data custodians, research institutes, and health systems worldwide to make health data discoverable and usable — without moving or compromising it.

What You'll Do


• Identify and engage data custodians, healthcare networks, and research organizations across India, Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East.


• Evaluate datasets for quality, completeness, interoperability, and harmonization potential across EHR, RWD, and multiomic formats.


• Support onboarding of partners into GeneVault's federated data framework, ensuring alignment with GA4GH and FAIR principles.


• Manage inbound data access and collaboration requests, routing them efficiently to relevant custodians.


• Work closely with internal technical, compliance, and partnerships teams to ensure smooth integration and governance.


• Represent GeneVault at industry conferences, consortiums, and innovation events to strengthen regional partnerships.

Improved dataset quality and readiness for harmonization

Speed and accuracy in fulfilling data requests

Expansion of dataset diversity across populations and geographies

High satisfaction and retention of partner custodians

You Might Be the Right Fit If You Have


• A background in health data science, bioinformatics, or biomedical informatics


• Strong networks within the healthcare, research, or digital health ecosystems, especially across the Global South and India


• Proven experience in partnership management, consortium building, or data stewardship


• Understanding of data standards, consent frameworks, and ethical data sharing practices


• Ability to bridge technical understanding with stakeholder relationships


• A proactive, globally curious mindset aligned with GeneVault's public benefit mission

Location

Remote – open globally, with preference for candidates based in or connected to India, Africa, Asia, or Latin America.
