Job Title: Health Care Data & Operations – Project Lead

Location: Karnataka

CTC: ₹5.0 LPA

Role Overview

The Project Lead will oversee healthcare data management and operational workflows for projects in Karnataka. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data-driven decision-making and smooth project execution, build and mentor field teams, activate community partnerships, ensure protocol fidelity, and turn data into action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Drive end-to-end execution of healthcare data and operations projects.
  • Community & ground engagement: Build trust with Panchayats, SHGs, ASHAs/ANMs, local NGOs, employers, and facility leads; co-design outreach calendars and referral loops.

· CHW & field team enablement: Recruit, train, and coach CHWs and field executives on screening workflows, risk stratification, counseling, device use, and digital tools.

· Patient journey & retention: Drive enrollment, follow-ups, and adherence via reminders, group sessions, and family engagement; reduce default/loss-to-follow-up.

  • Data Management: Ensure accurate collection, validation, and analysis of healthcare data to support program objectives.
  • Operational Oversight: Streamline processes for field operations, logistics, and resource allocation.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and government agencies.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Technology Integration: Work with digital health tools and platforms to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.

· Partnerships & linkages: Coordinate with government facilities, private providers, labs, and pharmacies for confirmatory tests, referrals, and subsidized access.

· Campaigns & events: Plan monthly community drives, lifestyle sessions, and workplace screenings.

· Cross-functional coordination: Work with Product/Tech for app feedback, with M&E for studies, and with Finance/Ops for vendor and claim processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Public Health, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in healthcare operations and data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, data visualization tools, and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • This is a full time role with Field based activities and frequent travel across Blocks/Districts.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in healthcare technology or digital health platforms.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in healthcare.
  • Ability to work in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.

· Clinical or paramedical background (GNM/BSc Nursing/Pharmacist/MPH).

· Experience with government convergence (NHM, NCD clinics), CSR programs, or insurance-linked health services.
