Job Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to expand our loan business across Kerala. The role involves building relationships with banks/NBFCs, sourcing leads, onboarding channel partners, and supporting loan processing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, and lending partners.
- Visit lenders and partners regularly to increase business tie-ups.
- Source leads for Business Loans (BL), Personal Loans (PL), Home Loans (HL), LAP, Education Loans, and Vehicle Loans.
- Identify, onboard, and manage DSAs/channel partners.
- Conduct field visits, meetings, and networking with lenders and partners.
- Coordinate with internal loan processing teams to ensure smooth document flow.
- Follow up to speed loan approval and disbursement.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, partner performance, and revenue.
- Travel across Kerala for business development activities.
Required Skills
