Vacancy For Operation Import Coordinator Located In Andheri-Mumbai.

Role Title: Imports coordinator

Industry: Clearing and Forwarding Agency.

Effective Date: Immediate

Reports to: Manager -Customer Service

Team:4

Experience: Minimum 5 Years in import documentation and customs clearance.

Location MUMBAI

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring/Tracking Shipments.
  • Filling of Checklist
  • Preparing DSR Reports
  • Preparing cost sheets
  • Preparing High Sea Sales Documents.
  • Preparing E-waybill
  • Coordination with clearance team, logistics team and warehouse team.
  • Coordination with shipping lines
  • Providing regular updates for status of shipments to customers.
  • Checking import documents.
  • Arrange transportation/logistics
  • Managing multiple warehouses.
  • Plan and implement all import transportation strategies.
  • Complete order entry/management on internal software.
  • Planning and execution of dispatches and ensuring on-time deliveries.
  • Sending dispatch details to customers.
  • To ensure seamless clearance and transportation of cargo from start to end.
