Role & responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the CRM team to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Client relationship management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, complaints, and escalations to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Internal coordination: Collaborate with sales, marketing, project management, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Client communication: Keep clients informed about project progress, including construction updates and handover phases.
- Strategy and process improvement: Develop and implement customer service policies and strategies to improve client engagement and satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on CRM activities, client satisfaction metrics, and project progress.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Required skills and qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is often required.
- Experience: Proven experience in CRM management, ideally within the real estate or construction industry.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for managing client and internal team interactions.
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other relevant tools is important.
- Organizational skills: Strong multitasking and time-management abilities are necessary to handle multiple projects and client issues simultaneously.
- Construction-specific knowledge: Understanding the construction lifecycle, from sales and construction to handover, is crucial for this role.
