Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Manager to lead strategic business operations, drive client success, and ensure excellence across multiple client engagements. The ideal candidate is a data-driven professional who thrives on solving business challenges, leading cross-functional teams, and translating insights into measurable business outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with global enterprise clients, shaping strategies that impact their growth on digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client businesses, processes, and data models to deliver actionable insights and strategies.
  • Define and implement operational frameworks including SOPs, governance models, and performance tracking mechanisms.
  • Lead business transformation initiatives, optimizing workflows and enabling scalable business operations.
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, technology, and design teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Oversee client projects from inception to execution, ensuring quality standards, timeliness, and measurable results.
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner.
  • Analyze key performance metrics, prepare data-backed reports, and present business insights to senior leadership.
  • Drive process automation, reporting improvements, and continuous business performance enhancements.
  • Support business development by identifying growth opportunities and contributing to strategic planning.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

  • 4–7 years of experience in business management, analytics, consulting, or digital transformation roles.
  • Proven success in managing cross-functional projects and client relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of e-commerce, retail, or digital analytics domains.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data storytelling.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic work environments.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
