We are looking for a smart, bold & passionate Ecommerce Business Finance Manager with preferably 2+ years of work experience in managing finances, accounts & business aspects for any ecommerce startup. You will be working directly with the founder CTC for the role depends on the candidate's experience.

We are 35 member team with 32 people in our Plant in Odisha. We are building a business team in Gurgaon which currently has 3 people.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Margin improvement across the business by cost reduction & optimizations
  • GST Compliance - GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B data preparation
  • Handle TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance matters
  • Maintain profit & loss statement for each individual channel
  • Vendor Management - Look at Sourcing of products & Negotiation with vendors

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in accounts & reconciliation
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, 1mg, Tata Cliq, etc.)
  • Knowledge of GST filing, TDS, and compliance reports
  • 1+ years of experience managing Ecommerce brands & online channels.
  • Any degree :). The most important is a hunger to learn and grow
  • Should be really good at Excel
