Role Description

The Consultant for Partnerships and Fundraising will play a key role in identifying and establishing partnerships with philanthropic organizations, corporates, and potential donors to support the Foundation's projects. This role involves developing and implementing fundraising strategies, coordinating donor engagement activities, and preparing detailed proposals and presentations. The consultant will also oversee grant management, maintain donor relationships, and ensure timely reporting. This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and building corporate or donor networks
  • Proven ability in fundraising strategy development, grant writing, and donor relationship management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge or experience in non-profit development or philanthropy, particularly in sectors like health, education, disaster management, and socio-economic development, is a plus
  • Proficiency in research and analysis to identify funding opportunities and relevant partners
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Non-profit Management, Business Administration, Development Studies, or related fields
  • Experience in working with non-profits, foundations, or corporate social responsibility initiatives is highly desirable
