  • Conduct in-depth research to identify and categorize schools based on their curriculum, size, and reputation.
  • Stay updated on trends and developments within the education sector in Delhi.
  • Client Outreach:
  • Arrange and attend meetings with school authorities to discuss collaboration opportunities.
  • Present and promote the company's offerings, ensuring alignment with the needs of the schools.
  • Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop strategic plans to engage with schools effectively and achieve targets.
  • Identify and leverage networking opportunities in the education domain.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with schools, follow-ups, and outcomes.
  • Provide timely reports and insights to the management team.

Key Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree will be an advantage.
  • Experience:
  • 2-5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Prior experience working with schools, educational institutions, or EdTech companies is highly desirable.
  • Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of schools in Delhi, their operations, and key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to travel across Delhi for client meetings.
