Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (3-5 Years Experience)
Role Overview:
- This role will be vital in generating leads, qualifying prospects, managing the full sales cycle, and closing deals.
- Hiring someone with 35 years experience ensures that the candidate can ramp quickly, hit targets, and require minimal hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business via outbound outreach (calls, emails, etc.) and handle inbound leads.
- Qualify prospects, do product demos, negotiate deals & close sales.
- Manage your sales pipeline in CRM, maintain accurate records & forecast sales.
- Hit sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing & product teams to refine messaging and customer feedback.
Candidates Profile:
- 3-5 years in inside sales (Healthcare IT sales preferred), ideally selling tech/SaaS/AI/data-driven products/ CRO sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal & written communication, negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and consultative selling.
- Strong organizational skills, self-starter attitude, able to work independently.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales workflows.
