Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Care Executive role located in the Chakala Andheri (E). The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and managing customer interactions with professionalism. The role requires effective communication with clients, resolving complaints, and providing support throughout the sales and post-sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
  • Basic understanding of Sales processes and strategies
  • Ability to address customer needs and build long-term relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
  • Relevant experience in the home furnishings or textile industry is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field
