Skills and Qualifications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. - Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. - Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. - Basic knowledge of product and service offerings is a plus. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
