Roles and Responsibility:

  • Engage IFAs on regular basis over the phone to assist them on the query they raised.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to resolve IFAs queries.
  • Increase usage of platform by engaging IFAs on frequent basis.
  • Update IFAs on new features / recent changes in the program.
  • Engage IFAs regularly over the phone.
  • Ensure high level quality service.
  • Ensure IFA renew services within specific time.

KPIs:

  • Platform Usage / Querry Handling / Renewals

Requisite Experience:

  • Ideally 1 to 2 years of work experience as Relationship Manager

Qualifications Required

  • B.Com
  • BMS/MBA Finance

Personal Traits:

  • Good Communication Skills, Soft Spoken, good with telephonic conversation.
  • Personal Finance Domain knowledge
  • Confident, Target Oriented, Enthusiastic
  • Persuasive, approachable, professional, organised in work.
