Customer Service Executive

Roles and Responsibility:
- Engage IFAs on regular basis over the phone to assist them on the query they raised.
- Coordinate with internal team members to resolve IFAs queries.
- Increase usage of platform by engaging IFAs on frequent basis.
- Update IFAs on new features / recent changes in the program.
- Engage IFAs regularly over the phone.
- Ensure high level quality service.
- Ensure IFA renew services within specific time.
KPIs:
- Platform Usage / Querry Handling / Renewals
Requisite Experience:
- Ideally 1 to 2 years of work experience as Relationship Manager
Qualifications Required
- B.Com
- BMS/MBA Finance
Personal Traits:
- Good Communication Skills, Soft Spoken, good with telephonic conversation.
- Personal Finance Domain knowledge
- Confident, Target Oriented, Enthusiastic
- Persuasive, approachable, professional, organised in work.
