Position Overview

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Customer Support Officers for our International Non-Voice Process (US Banking Process). The ideal candidate will handle customer queries through chat and email, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions while maintaining superior service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions via chat and email, ensuring timely responses.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound chats with a customer-first approach.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions.
  • Record and track issues in the CRM system with complete details.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure quality service.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.
  • Meet daily performance metrics such as response time, quality, and resolution rate.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are welcome).
  • Experience: 0–1 year (experience in BPO/Customer Service is a plus).
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong command of written English.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email handling, CRM tools).
  • Work Schedule: Rotational Night Shifts (Any 9-hour shift).
  • Working Days: 5 days a week (2 rotational week-offs).
  • Mode of Operation: Work from Office – Velachery, Chennai.
