Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing and implementing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will proactively generate qualified leads, negotiate contracts, and maintain long-term partnerships with clients. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai.

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team
Key Requirements:
Experience: 4+ years in B2B Sales
Communication Skills: Fluent in English, Marathi and Hindi
Technical Expertise: CRM Software/SAAS Application
Driving product sales by developing and executing sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets.
Consulting sales role (SaaS preferred) and a good understanding of solutions selling methodology and tools.
4-6 years of experience in SaaS product-based sales, preferably in a CRM sales acquisition role.
Proven track record of building and managing successful revenue generation.
Deep understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and the ability to navigate complex sales processes.
Ability to demonstrate & position technology products to business customers to close sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Self-motivated and results-orientated with a passion for sales
Proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets
Ability to travel extensively, sometimes at short notice
Ability to identify Key success factors in Success Program & prepare case studies.
Ability to provide Go to Market Plans for new territories.
Industry Exposure: Preferably from the B2B software or tech industry
Travel: Willingness to travel as needed
