to join our performance marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who can develop, manage, and optimize paid media strategies with a strong focus on ROI and conversion.

- Integrate funnels with CRM, email marketing, and automation tools (e.g., Active Campaign, Convert kit, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier).
- Create and test landing pages, lead magnets, collaborate with marketing and content teams to map customer journeys and align funnels with brand messaging and campaigns.
- opt-in forms, checkout pages, and thank-you pages to optimize conversion rates.
- Set up automation workflows for lead nurturing, retargeting, and follow-up sequences.
- Monitor funnel analytics and performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, CPL, ROI) and continuously optimize for better results.
- A/B test headlines, creatives, and offers to identify high-performing variations.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and ad managers to ensure a cohesive funnel experience

What are prospects?

• Proven experience (2–4 years) in funnel building and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in tools such as ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Lead pages, Kartra, or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, email automation, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, user journey mapping, and conversion psychology.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and graphic design tools (Canva, Figma, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver projects on time.
