Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and client-focused Relationship Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our E-commerce clients, guiding them through the entire photoshoot process. This role is crucial for ensuring client satisfaction, managing project timelines, and maintaining high-quality service delivery for product and model photography.

This is an entry-level position. We welcome candidates who are recent graduates or have minimal work experience but possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, a passion for E-commerce visuals, and a strong desire to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Management & Communication

  2. Onboarding: Serve as the main contact for new and existing E-commerce clients, introducing them to our photography services and process.

  3. Consultation: Understand the client's brand guidelines, product specifications, and desired visual aesthetic (e.g., product shots, model shoots, lifestyle images).

  4. Communication: Maintain professional and proactive communication with clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings to provide regular project updates and address any concerns.

  5. Project Coordination & Execution

  6. Briefing: Prepare clear and detailed photoshoot briefs based on client requirements for the in-house or freelance photography team.

  7. Logistics: Coordinate the timely scheduling of shoots, including booking studio time, models, stylists, and managing product samples.

  8. Timeline Management: Monitor project progress to ensure all photoshoots and post-production (editing/retouching) are completed on time and meet quality standards.

  9. Documentation & Follow-up

  10. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project status, and feedback in the CRM/project management system.

  11. Feedback Loop: Facilitate the client review process, relaying feedback accurately to the creative team and ensuring revisions are completed promptly.
  12. Billing: Coordinate with the finance team regarding project invoicing and outstanding payments.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Haves (Freshers Welcome)

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Media, Fashion).
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Attitude: Proactive, highly organized, and a strong problem-solver with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build rapport and professional relationships.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Preferred (But Not Required)

  • Basic understanding of E-commerce platforms, product listings, and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with the basics of photography, styling, or post-production/editing processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
