Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential or commercial properties, building relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. You will play a crucial role in helping clients find their ideal property while contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding properties.
- Provide information about available properties, market trends, and pricing.
- Arrange property viewings and guide clients through the property selection process.
- Sales & Negotiation:
- Negotiate property prices, terms, and closing dates on behalf of clients.
- Present competitive offers and handle objections to close deals effectively.
- Lead Generation & Networking:
· Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
· Maintain and build relationships with past clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated with local market trends, property values, and competitor activity.
- Provide clients with up-to-date information to help them make informed decisions.
- Documentation & Contracts:
- Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Customer Support:
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Assist clients with post-sale queries and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance goals.
- Report on sales progress and performance to management regularly.
- Property Marketing:
- Promote properties through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and property listing services.
- Create compelling property listings and advertisements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
Proven experience in real estate sales, property management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, trends, and pricing.
2. Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and real estate listing platforms.
3. Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹33,767.13 per month
