Job Title: Inventory Manager / Warehouse Manager

Location: Jaipur

Experience Required: 4 to 5 years (Retail/FMCG preferred)

Salary: 35,000 – 40,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Warehouse/Inventory Manager to lead warehouse operations, stock control, team management, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate stock levels and monitor stock movement.
  • Conduct stock audits, cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Track fast-moving, slow-moving, and dead stock and implement strategies.
  • Manage inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
  • Plan warehouse layout and ensure safety and quality standards.
  • Lead warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams.
  • Handle purchase orders, GRN, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • 4 to 5 years of inventory or warehouse management experience.
  • Experience in retail or FMCG preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
  • Ability to maintain stock accuracy and warehouse discipline.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
